Project Manager IT - Legal Sector

Our Client is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to implement change around Document Management System (WorkSite and Office 2013) managing the full project management life cycle and supporting the firm through the transition from a systems and process perspective. They are currently looking for a Project Manager who can drive the project forward and meet key deliverables with a proven track record of similar role within a legal firm. You must be highly professional, bright and energetic with a deep problem solving ability to work and manage multiple tasks across the project. You will be responsible for the full life cycle of IT implementation/training and embedding systems change across the firm's offices with a strong understanding of WorkSite/MS Office and business critical systems, ensuring that quality solutions are implemented in the optimum time with minimal impact to end users; Planning: Detailed plan, critical path, piloting and ensuring key milestones are met and delivered in line with Project Requirements and Firms plans. You will be a highly effective communicator, provide guidance where needed to team, Identify and communicate project status to key stakeholders and key project resources + support: Ensure relevant support teams are engaged and equipped with the necessary information and skills to support project initiatives to meet deadlines of rollout: Working with the Change Manager to plan the wider roll out of the project, planning the engagement of pilot users, monitor and report feedback.
