Project Manager - IT Infrastructure

My Client is a global manufacturing firm undergoing continued IT system improvements. Due to the number of projects an additional Project Manager is needed. The IT Infrastructure Project Manager will be responsible for the project execution of global/regional projects undertaken by the IT organization in a manner that ensures their alignment with the company's strategic objectives.

To be considered for this position the customer is looking for the following knowledge - -

experience managing complex projects ranging from mid-size to large corporate IT initiatives with a group of project team members
-

Solid infrastructure background
-

Proficiency in MS Project/Excel/Word and PowerPoint are required
-

Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to interface and influence at multiple organizational levels - experience of working in an international 'virtual team' set up

English language is essential

This is an immediate start for an initial 6 months duration. Extensions to be expected.

The position will be based in Belgium with occasional travel.
