For our banking client in Zurich, we are looking for a

Project Manager - Business Process Analysis

Start: ASAP
Duration: 6 months
Location: Zurich

Required skills/experience for this project:
Several years of experience in the financial services industry
Broad and deep knowledge in Business Process Analyses and Business Project Management with > 8 years experience
Expertise in banking operations especially securities processing with experience in the Asset Servicing and/or Custody &Transfers Area
Capability to interpret and compile information in order to provide stakeholders and management with adequate information
Demonstrable change management experience
Outstanding analytical skills and conceptual capabilities to support the implementation of new business operating models working in partnership with vendors.
Technical affinity to transform the business needs into solutions by coordinating the involved IT teams.
Ability to work and communicate effectively with senior management as well as with people on operational level
Self-motivated and hands-on personality, comfortable with driving and managing change, questioning the status quo and developing pragmatic solutions
High-end communication and presentation skills with a proven track record of senior management exposure
Experience with managing 3rd parties (eg vendors) or driving and managing a RFP is an asset
An above average university degree or MBA
Very good command of written and spoken English and German is very beneficial
