World Leading Global Energy Oil Company has an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join the Real Estate/Corporate Security IT team in The Hague, the Netherlands.

There are multiple projects coming up in the below areas and they all have a global scope:

- Physical Access Control
- Video Surveillance
- Visitor Management
- Travelbooking
- Aircraft (small specialized applications)
- Smart Buildings
- Facility Management/Room booking
- Reporting on the above

ABOUT YOU:

- NL based Project manager, with 10-15 years of experience who has worked in a Global Corporate environment (Oil & Gas experience is preferred)
- Experience within Real Estate/Corporate Security within a global organization
- Experience in end-to-end-delivery of IT applications
- Self-starting, understanding of stage gates, good grasp of project management in global organization
- Consulting skills preferred
- Agile/Scrum
- Excellent stakeholder management skills - both with the business (Real Estate and Corporate Security) and able to work with a technical team (not afraid of technical details)

This needs combining with a positive attitude and an ability to work within a large, globally dispersed project team in a multi-cultural environment. You also need to be a self-starter, a logical thinker and a quick learner, with strong initiative and excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, able to write clearly and concisely.
