Project Manager/IP Networking and Applications

My client is a reputable broadcasting organisation seeking an experienced Project Manager. Ideally you will come from Telco, TV, Broadcast or the Media sector.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Understand and direct all phases of project implementation on multiple projects.
- Set the Program strategy and work with senior leaders within the business in the execution of all projects.
- Defining, sourcing and managing project resources. Controlling project schedules to ensure successful delivery to agreed outcomes
- Managing the change portfolio, through effective planning, project monitoring and realisation of benefits
- Facilitate key stakeholder engagement to ensure effective prioritisation and planning outcomes
- Responsible for capital and expense project budgets. Track actual and forecast spend against approved budgets.

TO BE SUITABLE FOR THIS ROLE YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE:

- Proven track record of leading large complex implementation projects
- Experience with applications and IP Networking (IP Networking is important)
- Knowledge of how applications communicate with the Back End infrastructure.
- Minimum 8 years experience as a project manager
- Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with many levels of the organisation
- Expert in project management/processes
- IPTV or OTT background highly regarded
- Telecommunications/TV Media or Broadcast background preferred
- Bachelor Degree or higher or equivalent experience
- Australia Citizen preferred
