Projektbeschreibung

Tasks/Scope:
The candidate will be required to run 1 or more projects in the ICT domain on a day-to-day basis on
behalf of the Project Board within the constraints laid down by them. The Project Manager's prime
responsibility is to ensure that the project produces the required products within the specified tolerances of time, cost, quality, scope, risk and benefits. The Project Manager is also responsible for the project producing a result capable of achieving the benefits defined in the Business Case.

The tasks constitute:
- Prepare and maintain the project management products (based on PRINCE2), in conjunction with any Project Assurance roles, and agree them with the Project Board.
- Closely team up with ICS unit
- Liaise with end-users and other parties as required
- ln coordination with ICS unit, liaise with any external suppliers or account managers
- Lead and motivate the project management team
- Ensure that behavioral expectations of team members are established
- Manage the information flows with the directing level of the project
- Manage the information flows with the delivering levels of the project, by initiating Change Proposals

and following up development progress
- Manage the production of the required products,
- Taking responsibility for overall progress and use of resources,
- Transferring the new products to the engineering organization, and initiating corrective action where necessary
- Establish and manage the project's procedures and controls in compliance with the Management Systems (MMS) and Internal regulations
- Ensure the project team complies with the project's procedures and controls
- Authorize Work Packages
- Schedule configuration audits to check that the products are consistent with the Configuration ltem

Records and initiate any necessary corrective action.
- Advise the Project Board of any deviations from the plan

REQUIREMENTS ON CONTRACTOR PERSONNEL.
The proposed candidate shall agree to be submitted to a screening process to obtain a valid screening document  issued by the national security authorities of the country of origin residence. This requirement is mandatory. Non-agreement will result in elimination of the offer.

TECHNICAL AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION.
Has at least 5 years experience in managing ICT projects within one or more of the following domains:
ICT infrastructure projects related to Data Networks, Server or Storage Services (physical or virtual, on  premise or cloud based)
Microsoft based Office lT environments, preferably Office 365
Security infrastructures and Systems like Security Operation Centers
Essential. Competence in one or more of the following domains:

University Degree, or Equivalent Experience.

PRINCE2 Certified.

Good oral and written communication skills (in English)

PMI Certified (Desirable).

COMPETENCIES.

Proven ability to identify and managing issues, risks and dependencies in ICT projects
Experience working with suppliers and partners in delivering ICT solutions
Experience in the specification, procurement and contract development for the provisioning of ICT
systems
Experience in cost estimation of total cost of ownership, in cooperation with subject matter experts
and solution architects
Proven ability to provide the appropriate documentation and procedures related to ICT solutions, in compliance with applicable quality.
