Project Manager Infrastructure Change - Corporate Banking - Banbury, Oxfordshire. This role will assist the Risk project team to facilitate efficient delivery of system and Infrastructure change activity. Purpose of the role & key accountabilities / deliverables: * Responsible for handling multiple concurrent infrastructure workstreams, within a Project reporting into a Programme. * Define and oversee project scope and deliverables and establish project team structure and delivery approach: manage issues and risks. * Accountable for defining and managing project timescales and budgets (estimating, tracking, forecasting), considering dependencies and recommending and/or taking appropriate action to overcome delays, difficulties or cost over-runs. * Deliver a project(s) in accordance with established processes, appropriate standards, practices and procedures, ensuring that they meet quality and compliance requirements (CCM). * Manage the overall design and implementation. * Develop project plans. * Shares knowledge, expertise and ideas with other people to provide business value across teams / projects. * Provide expert decision making and resolution on issues as they relate to project scope, resource planning, methodology and deliverables across all teams and work streams. * Establish and maintain strong relationships with business partners and key stakeholders. * Develops ideas and specify proposals, plans and requirements for project work, preparing and delivering reports or presentations to management/team. What core skills & experience are required to do the role? * Strong leadership, management, planning, negotiating and issue resolution capabilities * Demonstrates leadership skills that provide direction, support, influence and mentoring to a core team of Work Stream leads and Infrastructure Architects.
