IT PROJECT MANAGER

An opportunity has become available for a proficient Project Manager to join a leading organisation to work on a large portfolio of Infrastructure projects.

You will be responsible for managing the full implementation of a portfolio/project management solution including the full deployment of the tool inclusive of the integration with the project management practices, business processes, configuration and other business systems.

To be considered for this role, you will have:

- Successful track record at a senior management level of complex IT Infrastructure projects
- The ability to work with various teams
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to develop and maintain project plans.
- Experience working within major IT project teams which have met strict deadlines and achieved project targets
- In-depth knowledge of Prince 2 processes and methodology - Mandatory!
- Strong knowledge of ITIL.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - interacting across a business, stakeholder management, negotiation skills, conflict resolution skills, report writing.
- Good initiative, to anticipate, manage and resolve problems by providing innovative solutions
- The ability to establish strong working relationships with teams and stakeholders, providing guidance, leadership, skills-sharing opportunities and team mentoring
