-Solid experience of project management for sterile drug product development in the pharmaceutical industry
-Strong process development background required
-Proven track record of involvement in compilation of documentation relevant for regulatory filings
-Strong collaboration skills
-A good understanding of technology transfer to commercial site or DP preparation for late phase clinical studies is advantageous
