IHRE AUFGABEN:

-The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for driving projects from idea generation to implementation
-Create project plans and ensure that these are aligned with all internal and external stakeholders
-Deliver project results according to the agreed milestones within the specified budget
-Manage interfaces with all functions involved such as Marketing, Operations, Sales and other relevant functions on a regional level

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-University degree (Master, BSc) and affinity with Life Sciences
-Profound working experience in an industrial environment, preferably in the nutrition or pharma area
-Proven project management skills, including effective leadership qualities in a matrix organization
-High learning ability, especially with regard to understanding the total value chain
-Strong conceptual and analytical thinking and good organization skills
-Fluency in English (spoken and written) and at least one other language
-Excellent communication and relationship management competencies
