Project Manager IC Development

I am currently looking for a Project Manager to be based in Nijmegen, Netherlands for a 12 month extendable contract.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Your Responsibilities:
You are responsible for timing, quality, deliverables, budget.
You manage multi-disciplinary team of 10 - 30 FTE, consisting of (IC) design, package development, test and product engineering, product marketing, architects and application engineers.
You will managing and communicating with stakeholders and internal partners (marketing, management, design houses, project members from other departments) is part of the responsibility.
You will report to the Program manager, part of a project office, strong link with RandD managers.

CANDIDATE SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
Your Profile:
You have a master degree in Electronic Engineering in the semiconductor domain or you have an equivalent degree and additionally can demonstrate proficiency in electrical engineering on the basis of years of experience.
You have at least 3 year experience in managing complex technical projects with leadership to technical experts and adequate people management skills. PMI certification preferred.
You have a proven record in stepping in (and fast development) in new areas, eager to learn, develop, adopt and implement new methods.
Knowledge of change management principles and processes.
Basic knowledge of all areas of IC development: IC design, industrial (production) test, product quality, validation and product applications
