Project Manager I - Telecom Job

PROJECT MANAGER I- TELECOM needed for a LONG TERM CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Bellevue, WA.

TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Two years project management
- Telecom experience preferred
- Ability to organize, juggle lots of priorities and thrive in a fast paced IT environment

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- 30% Schedule/Plan Management -
- Work with domain managers and collect keyproject metrics and health/progress indicators.
- Facilitateproject work breakdown sessions.
- Maintainsproject schedule and work with customer on detailed planning activities
- Manages the development, distribution, and maintenance ofproject
- 30% Program Reporting -
- Follow up with CPM's on weekly domain status reports.
- Assemble the program level weekly status report
- Distribute and get approvals for status reports
- Ad-hoc reporting as required by the program management
- 30%Project Risk/Issue/Action/Dependencies Management -
- Maintains risk management plans.
- Follow up with CPM's on updates and resolution ofproject issues through development of mitigation strategies, ownership, and actions.
- Monitors and reports on program risks
- Manage dependencies list and follow up on current status
- 10% Cost Management -
- Manage project cost estimates, actuals, EAC and variance tracking
