PROJECT MANAGER: HYBRIS/SAP/ERP/SHAREPOINT/PHARMA

PROJECT/ROLE: IT Manager for the Hybris CWP Project is reporting to the Head of the ERP Roadmap IT Program Management Office and wants to work closely with the ERP roadmap. Order to Cash Core Team, SAP Hybris experts and Regional ERP system owners and support teams and other stakeholders.

BACKGROUND: The Hybris CWP implementation project is part of the Business Process and ERP Vision program. The goal is the development of a global template for the Customer Portal for the Pharmaceutical Division based on SAP Hybris.

Tasks and Responsibilties:
-Responsible for project documentation following Project Management Methodology (PMM),
-Responsible for supporting Project Charter and Issues
-Should be ready to handle detailed project plan and cutover plan;
-Responsible to coordinate
-Responsible for project Stakeholder Survey
-Responsible to organize meetings internal and external, workshops (location, transport, meeting rooms etc.)
-Should be involved in administration, deployment activities;
-Responsible for Project Tracking and Supporting Training

Required Skills:
-Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Management/PMO working with SAP implementation projects.
