Flint are seeking a Project Manager to join a Project Management Office and work primarily toward the Hungarian market.

The Project Manager role is to work Full time in Hungary from 1/7/2013 for a period of 6 months initially. Ideally based in Budapest the successful candidate will work main from home or Budapest Client office combined with customer visits (2-3 days per week) in Hungary.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE DEMONSTRABLE EXPERIENCE WITH

- A comfort level with managing complex, client facing technology projects
- High level of strategic and analytic thinking and planning
- The ability to manage a project team, including employees and vendors.
- A proven track record of collaboration across multiple organizations in order to accomplish significant achievements driving customer satisfaction.

He/she must be an excellent communicator, team builder and motivator with a proven ability to provide leadership to his/her project team while exhibiting outstanding interpersonal communication skills. Fluency in English and Hungarian is a must requirement!

ROLE DESCRIPTION

SUMMARY

- Working on 6-8 customer contracts (projects) for transactional project services (plan, design, implementation) and operational contract services (Network optimization and operations)
- The Project Manager is responsible for the management of all aspects of the Project Management Framework (following PMI PMBOK principles) and the successful delivery of customer projects as defined in the Project Plan Document and Customer Statement of Works Document.
- He/she will typically be involved with all phase of the project life cycle,

THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PM ARE DEFINED AS:

- Assist Service Sales force in the preparation and qualification of customer proposal. 
- Definition and documentation of performance measurement baseline, including: project scope, resource requirements, estimated costs, deliverables, schedule, quality requirements, project risk and customer acceptance criteria.
- Agreeing resource allocations, including the definition and documentation of internal, partner and customer roles and responsibilities.
- Establishing, agreeing and documenting effective communication plans to provide project control.
- Establishing, agreeing and documenting a realistic project schedule.
- Execution of project in line with agreed budget, schedule and quality objectives - through the overseeing of project staff, typically including all relevant parties and the management of project related issues, when necessary.
- Provide primary interface to customer representatives, account team and management.
- Obtaining formal customer acceptance upon completion of the project deliverables.
- Facilitating transition to customer operations and support services (if applicable).
- Ensuring feedback is provided to AS Management on individual and process performance, through the collection and documentation of lessons learned and individual performance reports.

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- MINIMUM 3-5 years project experience
- Strong communicator and customer interfacing skills
- Prepared to apply PMI methodology for documentation and Oracle Projects management
- Hungarian language mandatory
- German preferred
- English written and language to a high business standard
- Ideally with a technology background in IP telephony/Collaboration technology, Routing & switching
- Project Management Certifications (eg PMI) are required
