Project Manager (Human Resource Projects and Workday)

Prestigious Global Firm is seeking a Project Manager for a 1 year project with Human Resources and Workday implementation experience. The Project Manager is responsible for developing project plans, supporting estimates and handling end-to-end project management, from scoping and requirements through implementation and deployment for a highly visible and complex Human Resource initiative.

The Project Manager will execute a project strategy, process/methods, quality assurance/validation plans that address all aspects of a project implementation that supports Human Resource business processes. The Project Manager is also responsible for creating and managing a detailed project plan to successfully deliver the project. It is a necessity that the Project Manager has Human Resource and Workday implementation experience.

This individual must be highly organized with attention to detail, self-directed, efficient and able to manage multiple projects in a timely manner and demonstrate exceptional leadership and people management skills.

The Project Manager proactively monitors and manages execution of tasks and creation of deliverables for the data clean up project(s). Oversees and manages all aspects and phase of the project and is responsible for the initial analysis and development of a project plan that will meet the objectives, deliverables and functionality as defined in the Single Version of Reality (SVR) charters.

The project manager is also expected to perform the following activities:

- Scope/cost/risk management
- Project communication
- Integrated project change control
- Schedule management
- Deliverable review
- Budget management
- Provides leadership and management of day-to-day activities of the project team
- Team work, ownership of assigned work and outstanding commitment to excellence is essential for this position.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

7-10 years with a consulting background, significant experience with Human Resource projects including Workday implementations, data cleansing and/or master data management, Business Intelligence and process design.
