Project Manager - Human Capital System

Our key client is seeking a Project Manager - Human Capital Systems for a long term contract initially until June 2013 located at Liverpool.

The priority for the role is to implement specific systems in People and Culture including the design of a performance management framework, as well as building a Learning Management System for the business.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Extensive experience in Project Management encompassing identification, evaluation and implementation.
- Working and managing the relationship with various external stakeholders and clients.
- Implementation of a flagship web based Human Capital System in a large and complex organisation that encompassed evaluation, identification, consulting and implementation of a suitable system that would then be implemented to our clients.
- Extensive Human Capital System experience that would drive your knowledge in sourcing the right product within strict specifications and in a high profile environment.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and management
- Able to work with multiple stakeholders and high profile clients
- Evaluate the business and client requirements and deliver a high profile system
