MY CLIENT IS A GLOBAL INSURANCE FIRM AND THEY ARE SEEKING A PROVEN AND EXPERIENCED PROJECT MANAGER WITH SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE IN DELIVERING HRIS TRANSFORMATIONS.
The primary focus for this role is to plan and manage the implementation of a new HRIS application. The system will cover all core HR activities as well as Learning Management, Talent Management and benefits and compensation management.
Ideally, you will:
- have experience of leading global organisational change projects
- have experienced working as a Project Manager in a Matrix organisation and managing a global project team and stakeholders who are also not located within the same geographical area
- be experienced in managing projects with Agile or iterative development methodologies
- have had exposure to the full project life cycle, from inception to user acceptance testing and initial live running with the experience to use the correct level of control
- have the ability to combine soft influencing, persuasion and consultancy skills with leadership qualities that will encourage business leaders to positively respond to questions, inquires and requests to meet deadlines
- have the intellect and gravitas to influence and gain credibility with Hiscox business personnel and management.
