My Dublin based client currently requires an experienced Project Manager who has managed a HR Workstream for a 6 month contract.
PROJECT MANAGER (HR WORKSTREAM)
PROJECT MANAGER (LARGE WORKSTREAM)
The successful candidate must have experience leading a large workstream for business/process/data migration projects.
The person I am looking for should have managed a HR workstream in a large programme of change preferably outsouring.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manages all aspects of internal HR projects throughout the project management life cycle, including project scope, schedule, resources, quality, costs and change.
Manages HR workstreams for Enterprise projects with cross-functional impacts and complex business solutions, partnering with Corporate Project Managers and other workstream Project Managers.
Translates project requirements into workstream objectives and tasks, manages task assignment to workstream resources and drives task completion with an appropriate sense of urgency.
Develops detailed project schedules, resource plans, status reports and budget forecasts.
Conducts project meetings, sets and manages client expectations, facilitates resolution of complex issues and consistently employs Risk, Issue and Change Management best practices.
SKILLS:
Demonstrated sound knowledge of project management tools and techniques, including up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices and ability to tailor tools and techniques based on customer needs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including active listening skills.
Ability to engage in proactive and regular communication with stakeholders at all levels based on a clear understanding of project and workstream status.
Excellent meeting facilitation skills.
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
5 years of formal Project Management experience utilizing structured methodologies.
Previous experience leading a large workstream for business/process/data migration projects.
Previous experienced managing a HR workstream in a large programme of change preferably outsouring.
