Project Manager HR Workday

*This is a 1+ year contract role*

Prestigious Global Firm is currently seeking a Project Manager with Workday and HR software implementation experience. Candidate will be responsible for developing project plans, supporting estimates and handling end-to-end project management, from scoping and requirements through implementation and deployment for a highly visible and complex Human Resource initiative.

The Project Manager will execute a project strategy, process/methods, quality assurance/validation plans that address all aspects of a project implementation that supports Human Resource business processes.  The Project Manager is also responsible for creating and managing a detailed project plan to successfully deliver the project. It is a necessity that the Project Manager has Human Resource and Workday implementation experience.

Scope/cost/risk management
Project communication
Integrated project change control
Schedule management
Deliverable review
Budget management
Provides leadership and management of day-to-day activities of the project team

Qualifications:
Required experience: 7-10 years with a consulting background, significant experience with Human Resource projects including Workday implementations, data cleansing and/or master data management, Business Intelligence and process design.
