Projektbeschreibung
Currently HR is a mixture of package acquisition, customization, development and infrastructure but there is a heavy emphasis emphasis on Oracle HR applications.
Manage and successfully deliver large, complex and strategic IT projects, involving multiple executive level stakeholders and large subcontractors, to meet defined business requirements within agreed timescales and cost.
Responsible for IT project delivery capability, ensuring that projects are delivered in line with the priorities of the company, that project delivery is measured as well as driving continuous improvements to the delivery capability.
Role holder must have managed/delivered one or more large scale project or program in the HR Systems.
