Project Manager - HR Regulatory & Process Change

PROJECT MANAGER - HR REGULATORY & PROCESS CHANGE

A proven Project Manager is required on a contract basis to work on a regulatory change project for a major retail bank.

The successful candidate will be working on the Senior Manager & Certification Regime project, which is part of the Banking Reform Act.

Candidates must have experience of regulatory HR process & policy change projects and ideally experience working in the FS sector.

Previous experience of working on large workstreams, concentrating on the impact these changes will have on the business change side.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Experience of project managing in regulatory change projects
- Previous experience in HR Processes change from a business change perspective
- Excellent stakeholder management skills up to board level

DESIRABLE SKILLS:

- Experience of working within a Bank/Financial services would be advantageous
