JOB DESCRIPTION
- Managing OTK HR Platform Renewal project
- Managing the project team including internal IT resources, HR teams in Espoo and other locations and external vendor (implementation of SuccessFactors)
- Working closely with HR teams to build and implement new processes
- Reporting to IT PMO and project Steering Group
REQUIRED SKILLS
-Strong experience from full project life cycle management including planning, budgeting, resourcing, stakeholder management, deployment to service
-Experience in working in global multivendor environment
-Fluency in English (oral and written)
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Experience from SuccessFactors implementation preferred (or similar cloud system implementation)
