For our client in Bern, we are seeking a Project Manager for an HR Migration

Start Date: 03/08/2015

End Date: 29/02/2016

Location: Bern

Languages: English and German (fluent written and spoken)

Your Role: HR Project Lead - Payroll and Time & Attendance System Migration

LOCAL PROJECT COORDINATOR
. Manage project milestones according to the defined project plan
. Act as interface with local stakeholders such as IT, HR and FI while coordinating overall project needs with core team located in ZG/SH

FACILITY COORDINATION FOR BADGES AND NEW CLOCKS
. Ensure internal alignment with facility and local IT to deploy new badges and having new clocks installed

COMMUNICATION COORDINATOR AND ADMINISTRATION
. Constantly exchange with the communication owner and coordinate local needs that need to be communicated for the upcoming changes
. Adapt and communicate internal policies changes

PAYROLL TESTING AND VALIDATION
. Show understanding of Swiss payroll specifics and support/own testing data and the validation thereof out of the new solution

PAYROLL COORDINATION ON PROCESS TRANSFER TO ZG
. Align with Swiss Campus Payroll team to ensure GoLive of payroll will be ready to be supported out of Zug

TIME TOOL TESTING AND TRAINING TO SUPERVISORS AND EMPLOYEES
. Lead the local implementation for a new time solution with the support of the core team located in ZG/SH
. Define training plan and training material. Deploy training to employees and supervisors

TIME COORDINATION FOR MANUAL WORK AROUND FROM OLD TO NEW SYSTEM
. Define process to support transition from old system into the new solution

LOCAL IT LIAISON
. Interact with IT around the various local requirement to ensure a smooth GoLive of all planed system components.

GOLIVE SUPPORT
. To be defined at a later stage for coverage of local T&A and Zug payroll support.

Your Experience:

* SAP HR and Payroll
. Understanding of Swiss legislation
. Deep knowledge of payroll testing scenarios and processes
. Profound understanding of time system processes and solution deployment
. Project management capabilities
. Process design
. Training skills
. Good communication skills
