Project Manager required with a strong background working on HR process improvement projects to work on a major organisational change project for an organisation within the financial services sector. Experience of working on large scale process improvement projects will be essential as will some previous experience working within the financial services sector.
Strong stakeholder management experience will be required as will the ability to manage a team. The role will also require an understanding of organisational or cultural change so experience in these areas would be advantageous.
