Project Manager is urgently wanted to work within a leading General Insurance client specifically delivering HR projects, processes and influencing HR culture and behaviours.

The HR Project Manager will be establishing and setting corporate and individual targets and objectives and will need to be able to lead steering groups and influence the culture and behaviours of HR within the business.

As the successful Project Manager delivering HR transformation, you will need excellent knowledge of methodologies such as APM/CIPD/Prince2. The candidate who will get this role will be extremely credible in the HR field and will have a good awareness of the General Insurance space.

It is key that the HR project manager has experience liaising with high level stakeholders, business users, COOs and big business partners. On a personal level the ideal HR Project Manager will have be have a proactive attitude and will be able to take autonomy over the position and will have to take responsibility of HR transformation within the General Insurance side of the business.
