Projektbeschreibung

We are looking for a candidate with Client side project management experience rather than contracting.
Someone who instructs and manages contractors and budget holding responsibility and preferably someone from a technically trained background rather than trade background. We really need someone with Project management experience of refurbishment expertise in tenanted properties, surveying etc. Responsible for the commissioning and delivery of major programmes of work, maintaining assets in accordance with the Investment Plan of the Council.

Job Responsibilities
Validating information from the Assets Management Plan to maximise value for money in the procurement of services and maintenance work.
Development and management of repair and replacement programmes of work in accordance with identified maintenance plans to Council owned dwellings.
Actively contribute to the achievement of the wider Housing Landlord aims, operational objectives and future state.
Managing all the Fire safety works, so needs some H&S legislation knowledge.

Qualifications
A recognised building trade qualification eg City/Guilds in a recognised building trade
Full apprenticeship in a recognised building trade. OR Equivalent supervisory experience within the Building

Trade Hours can be flexible to suit the business between 08:00am and 18:00pm You would need to provide your own transport, Expenses will paid.
