Project Manager (HIE)

Yoh has a contract to hire opportunity for a PROJECT MANAGER (HIE) to join our client in Sacramento, CA.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages all aspects of assigned projects including scope, time and cost
- Architects Project Plan structure
- Manages issues, risks, and/or Project Scope Change Management processes and runs timely reports
- Identifies and analyzes trends, and recommends solutions
- Approves and oversees project documentation (including version control, that proper templates are used, that team members accurately check documents out/in, etc) and status reporting
- Accountable for measuring and monitoring project resource capacity
- Monitors and reports actual implementation progress against plan
- Holds Project Team Members accountable for utilization of PWA
- Monitors, reports, and coordinates with others to resolve issues that jeopardize the project plan timeline
- Timely Escalation to Manager or Project Sponsor
- Referral management (demographics, insurance medications, problems)
- Ongoing care management (notes, results)
- Medication management (with pharmacy benefit managers for prescription fill status)

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- HIE (healthcare) large enterprise wide roll out project management and enterprise wide implementation experience
- Understanding use of standards and implementation (eg, leverage standard build with Epic, Lab, etc) Understanding and knowledge of Technical Structure (message content, HL7
- Knowledge of workflows (variation in workflows may affect type of data and message content)
- Understanding of clinical workflow integration capability
- Knowledge of direct to EMR integration strategy focus, with portal capability
- Understanding of easy and timely routing of lab results, radiology reports and transcriptions to affiliated physicians
- Demonstrated implementation experience with data integration with post-acute facilities
