PROJECT MANAGER - BELGIUM - HEALTHCARE/PHARMA - PBM, MDM, AGILE, MS PROJECT

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU WILL NEED:

Required Skills:

- 8+ years with end to end IT Project Management, Program Management, Portfolio Management or Enterprise Project/Application Portfolio Management solutions
- Experience in PMx methodologies
- Experience working with MS Project and PMx
- Excellent critical thinking and communication skills
- Experience managing Agile projects and working closely with a Scrum Master
- Experience managing teams of 15 - 20 people and multiple work-streams within a project
- Experience managing data management projects with MDM being preferred

Desired Skills:

- PBM or Healthcare experience

Duties:

- Drive planning, execution and managing the resources, schedule, and scope of the project
- Resolve resource constraints and/or conflicts that affect the project
- Manage project in PMx and MS Project
- Provide transparency to different levels within the organization in terms of PMx status dashboards at project level
- Run health checks on a weekly basis to ensure the project is PMx compliant
