Project Manager - Harmonization Project Within Billing

Project Manager - Harmonization Project Within Billing required by leading telcoms operator to lead and manage the process harmonisation project within Billing (enterprise).

Responsibilities:

- Leadership and management in 5 teams within the project:
- Revenue assurance specialist team off shore (India)
- Billing process and Billing operations team for process harmonization on site but with off shore coordination
- System development team (CIS RTI/NICE) On-site with support from Israel
- System development resource (CEWS) on site
- Local on site team of billing agents, process specialists and reference resources
- Responsibility for budget and financial follow up
- Responsibility for all stakeholder reporting (Project Owner & Steering Group)
- Responsibility for all planning and follow up within project including implementation and maintenance

Requirements:

- General Telco knowledge
- e-TOM
- Enterprise organization and structure
- Billing Organisation (Consumer, Channels, Enterprise)
- Clarity (WBS structures)
- Process Development
- Business Development
- Quality Management
- Billing systems fixed (FBS, Lokus)
- Billing systems Mobile (Mobill)
- CRM systems Fixed (Alpha, Lokus, Telsims)
- CRM systems (GSM-ASH)
- Senior project management with at least 10 larger projects or programs as PL
