Project Manager Governance/CMMI for Multinational Client in Stockholm

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PROJECT MANAGER GOVERNANCE/CMMI TO WORK AT OUR MULTINATIONAL CLIENT IN STOCKHOLM/SWEDEN.

TASKS AND DELIVERABLES

- Conduct leadership alignment analysis
- Assess training/coaching targets
- Train approximately 20 managers, mostly IT and business senior profiles (Director, Heads of Units, Deputies of Heads of Units, directorate advisors, Head of Sections, ), to COBIT and/or VAL-IT principals.
- Train approximately 30 staff of rather IT profiles (Head of Sections, Group leaders, project managers), to CMMI principals.
- Support/coach as necessary the participants of governance bodies in their respective tasks (tasks already defined by ECDC), support the process definitions.
- Other related tasks related to organisation change (eg: Organisation of the testing,..)
- Assess current CMMI level in the Center/in IT Unit
- Taking in account client s context, present and deliver methodology to reach higher level (assessed level L+1):client Methodoloy towards CMMI L+1.
- Provide detailed roadmap, including detailed opportunities to do so, reasons for prioritisations and necessary resource estimations (budget and staff): CMMI Roadmap Support the implementation; deliverables on demand (templates, processes)

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

- University degree with minimum 10 years experience in IT
- Hands on experience in IT Governance models and implementations
- Experience and knowledge to conduct leadership alignment analysis
- Ability to assess training/coaching targets for COBIT and VAL-IT Principles
- Experience in training COBIT and/or VAL-IT principals to high level managers and experts.
- Experience CMMI assessment and implementation.
- Experience in training CMMI principals to high level managers and experts.
- Experience in Support/coach the participants of governance bodies in their respective tasks.
- Experience in process definition and implementation related tasks related to organisation change

COMPETENCES AND SKILLS

- COBIT, VAL-IT and CMMI expert with 10 year experience ideally certified,
- Training and coaching competencies and skills
- Excellent oral and written and charismatic communicator in English;

THE FOLLOWING COMPETENCES AND SKILLS ARE AN ADVANTAGE

- Project Management methodologies (like PRINCE2, Agile project management);
- Project Management tools (Microsoft Project);

CANDIDATES MUST HAVE A PASSPORT OF AN EU MEMBER STATE OR A VALID WORK PERMIT FOR SWEDEN
