Project Manager Global Culture Change Initiative – Business Practices (m/f)

-Performing gap analysis
-Helping divisions/regions/functions understand what others are doing
-Developing KPIs to track process
-Aligning with the functions and making sure the bank's existing policies are reviewed and aligned with the Values & Beliefs
-Searching for best practices inside and outside the banking industry and to interact with relevant stakeholders within the bank
-Strong analytical and conceptual skills
-Deep understanding of at least one business division/function
-Understanding of organisational strategy and how culture and engagement initiatives support it
-Substantial knowledge of operating models and structures within organisations and how they interlink
-Strong understanding of the practical implications of organisational Valuesability to liaise with business leaders
-Ability to work with and develop pragmatic tools and processes that deliver business results in a complex matrix environment, including business related change drivers
-Experience in process development
-Experience working in a matrix environment and in remote teams
-A passionate team-worker with excellent oral and written communication and listening skills
-Analytical capability and research skills
-Work under pressure and interact credibly with senior stakeholders
-Confident to deal with people at all levels of the business
-Strong influencing skills and trying to find solutions that are mutually beneficial to all parties involved
-Ability to deliver effectively through and with others
-Strong collaboration skills
-Ability to prioritize work
-Tenacity and flexibility; ability to adapt own style according to the situation/audience
-Educated to degree level
-International professional experience working across all levels of the organisation
-Ideally bi-lingual in English and German
