On behalf of our client in the pharmaceutical sector, Swisslinx are looking for an experienced English and German speaking Project Manager with a strong track record in global IT projects in the pharma industry to work on an ongoing project for computer aided facility management (CAFM).
This is a 6 month contract with a likely extension starting in February 2016.
PROJECT MANAGER, GERMAN AND ENGLISH, PHARMA (CONTRACT, BASEL)
As the ideal candidate you will possess the following skills and experience:
- Strong track record managing large and complex IT projects in the pharmaceuticals industry
- Ability to manage a project team (4-6 persons)
- Experience gathering, analysing and translating business requirements, ideally in previous projects as a business analyst or requirements engineer
- Experience in IT projects related to CAFM, building engineering, facility and/or infrastructure projects
- Experience with stakeholder management, people management, communication and negotiation skills, as well as conflict management
- Ideally prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Fluency in German and English
As the successful candidate you will work on an on-going project in Basel focused on CAFM (computer aided facility management). This is based on the software Planon in and is currently in the second phase.
There currently appear more and more changes that will need to be implemented (as a change), such as replacement of the tools that were used before. Therefore, analysing skills are important as well as communication, since this will then need to be communicated to the users and/or even communicated through workshops.
