Project Manager - German (11-Month Fixed Term Contract) Edinburgh

Amazon is looking for a temporary Project Manager (m/f) with fluent German skills to join the European (EU) Support Services team in based in one of our Customer Service Centre's in a location to be either: Cork, Ireland: Dublin, Ireland: Edinburgh, Scotland: Regensburg or Berlin, Germany.

The successful candidate will be a key member of the European Customer Service (CS) team. You will be responsible for driving high-visibility Customer Service projects that will directly impact the EU customer experience. You must be an experienced Project Manager who has owned and delivered customer impacting projects within the customer service sector. You will be comfortable in a fast-paced multi-tasked environment, with the ability to design high level process and manage all aspects of the project execution - including maintaining the project schedule, resolving or mitigating issues and risks, and communicating results throughout the organization. You will be comfortable in negotiating with key business partners and teams across the EU and Amazon to gain alignment on project plan and ultimately manage all aspects of the project execution.
