Project Manager with experience of Business Change, Funds, Investments and Custodial processes for a leading FS organisation. Managing a Business Change/Integration project with a complex asset transfer programme. Responsible for managing the project teams, working closely with legal, finance, audit and regulatory teams, managing risks, issues, tracking project activities, governance, reporting, project controls, delivering value add to the business and managing communications with all stakeholders. Must have a good understanding of investments with a combination of SME and Project Management, has experience of Custodian change/custodial processes with an understanding of the business process to deal with a new Custodian. Exp within a Custodian would be ideal.
