Project Manager - French or Dutch - Brussels - 2 years +
A Project Manager is required to lead delivery of several projects ( work packages ) within an 3-year IT transformation program.
As such, you will be in charge of:
Ensuring that the projects delivery is made according to the schedule, budget, scope and quality
Managing the risks and issues related to the delivery.
Clarifying high-level scope and the technical synergies between the different sub-projects
Ensuring the compliance to standards and best practices across all projects.
Managing a team of internal staff and/or external contractors.
Be proactive in proposing technical solutions and innovations.
Reporting progress, issues, risks etc. to the customer and to the program manager.
Profile:
Hard skills requirement:
years experience in Project Management in the IT Sector (in application development, JAVA environments) -must have!
Strong successful experience in complex Systems Integration.
Good knowledge of one or more of the following concepts or technologies (SOA, API Management, Microservices, Enterprise Integration Patterns, REST, UI frameworks)
Agile minded.
Certified PRINCE2, PMI, or equal by experience
Expert knowledge in JAVA architecture.
Soft skills:
You are a self-starter and a customer oriented problem-solver. You are focused on delivery.
You are flexible, pro-active, structured and quality oriented.
Team spirit is a strong requirement as well as clear and concise communication.
You have a very good level in written and spoken French and/or Dutch is a plus
