- Project management skills - PM certified in the European context
- Experience in civil engineering projects in Germany
- Experience with German civil companies and relations with authorities
- Accounting skills, budget, time and cost poanning, human and equipment resources, cost /benefit analysis, BEP
- Knowledge of Geran environmental legislation, waste disposal
