Project Manager for ServiceNow Implementation is required for a 6 month contract assignment, located in Norway.
In the role of Project Manager you will:
- Manage the Implementation of new Service Management Tool, ServiceNow in Norway, replacing the current tool HPSM and Sugar to handle incident, problem, change and knowledge management in Norway.
- Cover all implemented processes, including incident, problem, change realignment implemented, including setup of integrations with CMDB, Master Data, Knowledge Management reporting etc.
The ideal candidate will have excellent experience as a Project Manager and will ideally have previous experience implementing ServiceNow.
