Project Manager for SAP Global Sourcing - Contract - Denmark

Project Manager for SAP Global Sourcing:

- Rollout to SAP Sourcing manufacturing sites- currently have Legacy of infor xa/mapics ( but some units have already imp SAP ie the Sales & service units) will use use MM, SD, PP &master data for Global sourcing

Must:

Need a Senior Project Manager strong track record for SAP implementation in global sourcing functions. ( need MM experience, trade off to SRM Ariba- but must have worked on procurement/sourcing projects Rolling out sap for global sourcing, Category mgt, vendor mgt & vendor selection & sourcing-vendor creation- migration materials in sourcing

- A very important function of this role is to Drive Change Mgt and to work very closely with business to ensure alignment, business readiness and successful implementation of a new sourcing. Must have proven experience of introducing SAP to the business, communication with stakeholders and business is key-hand hold business, prepare them for change
- Strong track record for SAP implementation in global sourcing functions.

Duties:

- Keep project on track SAP implementation in global sourcing functions.
- Roles Devise Project Plan for implementing new strategy for global sourcing organization, Drive & Plan the global rollout, oversee implementation outline milestone & ensure milestone completion, manage business process change, business expectations
- A very important function of this role is to Drive Change Mgt and to work very closely with business to ensure alignment, business readiness and successful implementation of a new sourcing.
- Must have proven experience of introducing SAP to the business, communication with stakeholders and business is key-hand hold business, prepare them for change
- Organize training workshop
- Roles Devise Project Plan for implementing new strategy for global sourcing organization, Drive & Plan the global rollout, oversee implementation
- Also part of scope is to work closely with the master data team
- Driving the rollout is key duty here and supporting the shared service center in Phillipines.

- Rolling out sap for global sourcing, Category mgt, vendor mgt & vendor selection & sourcing-vendor creation- migration materials in sourcing Support R/O of global sourcing- Over see Rollout- work closely with business to endure business alignment & process definitionSD MM - Sap for souring - ENSURE TIGHT FOCUS ON SCOPE - also with VPs, stakeholder mgt - Most important is a k who has multiple implementation of SAP for sourcing
- Heavy manufacturing/discrete manufacturing helpful

- Have Senior Project management skills: proven track record with sourcing projects
- Excellent organization & Communictaion & Stakeholder management
- MM Background (Not config) but must know MM Functional, ideal Project manager should come from mm Background
