Job description:
The objectives of the Paperless Program in Qc is to achieve paperiess operations in our customer Vx QC laboratories by the following:

- Addressing gaps associated with Dato Lifecycle Management/Data integrity
- Within Qc laboratories by implementing a Laboratory Execution System (LES)
- Electronic signature and long-term electronic archiving for files/reports issued from analytical equipment.
- Within Manufacturing by implementing an electronic samples tracking in SAP

The mission holder will support the IT SAP Qc template owner with the development and implementotion of plans to execute the impiementation of sample traceability roll-outs across al sites of our customer and prioritize change requests in the area of SAP Quality control

What you'll do:

Develop plans, risk log, decision log, etc and monitor progress and performance of project
Create consolidated Vx Status Reports for relevant stakeholders
Manage (escalated) project risks & issues
Identify and manage project dependencies
Develop and Manage project cutover activities
Monitor adherence to budget and establish forecasts
Manage project resource allocation and planning
Assess (in terms of budget, planning, resource) and prionitice change requests
Ensure adequate documentation of Project (Governance, meetings, etc)
Manage project communication

Profile:

Has some experience in technologies supporting SDMS (Scientific Data Management Systemj and knowledge of nules related to computerized systems linked to laboratory equipment in a GMP environment.
Fluent in French and English
Pragmatic
University level (scientific or IT) with strong project management skilils and experience with managing complex projects/large projects with a technikal/IT component.
Experienced in highly regulated environment
Organized, Structured, Rigorous, Reliable and Detail oriented
Experience in a professional consultancy firm is an asset
Learning agility: able to learn new processes quickly and anticipate consequence of filter issues circumstances changes on end to end flow. Issue identification and problem solving
Work autonomously, strong analytical skills and easily adapt to changing situations.
Has strong executive reporting and communication skills with an ability to summarize.
