Project Manager for Oracle ERP Migration - Dutch Speaking

Our client require a Project Manager to perform the day to day running of 3 projects:

1. Fusion Phase 2 - Design, build, test and deploy of de-scoped items from the Telenet Fusion R9

2. One ERP - Closing out open design issues, and building the plan for re-starting this project

3. Cloud Solution Blueprint - Managing a 3rd party to define a Cloud Solution Blueprint for the Telenet Oracle Solution, to validate the feasibility of moving from Oracle R9 on premise to Oracle Cloud.

Requirements:

* Senior PM with ERP implementation experience (preferably Oracle but not essential)
* Able to manage changes (requirements/scope + organization) for both business and IT
* Able to manage resistance & autonomous teams
* A dynamic individual who is a strong communicator with good stakeholder management skills and able to align IT and the business
* Knowledge of ERP processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Projects) - IT & Business
* Can be the bridge between IT and Business
* Able to define and track an MS Project plan
* Weekly status reporting and Budget management
* Experience in building and executing detailed Cutover and Transition plans
* Ideal: Experience in mergers/Business Transitions
* Ideal: Knowledge of retail processes & integration POS with ERP
* Ideal: Knowledge of Oracle ERP (Fusion/EBS)
* Language: Dutch and English
* Candidates must have experience in Waterfall and Agile delivery methods.
