For our banking client we are currently looking for a Project Manager for Feepoint Receivables
Start: 1.07.15
Duration: 6 months
Workload: 80%
Location: Zürich
Overall project management for the Feepoint Receivables project.
Program/Project Managers are responsible for delivering the objectives of a number of inter-linked global and/or cross functional projects building together an entire strategic program. This includes responsibility for the timely implementation of defined program/project objectives in line with quality standards and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing all aspects of a program/project, which includes project planning, execution, timing, quality, cost and early identification of potential issues
- Manage a team of experienced Project Managers, either directly or as part of a Matrix organization, ensuring efficient use of resources
- Identify and manage senior stakeholders and clients, evaluate their interests and establish effective communication channels ensuring effective stakeholder management and engagement
Key Deliverables:
- Deliver program objectives
- Work Experience: Minimum 8 Years
Scope and complexity of role:
- Act as recognized experts in their area and usually work on multiple products and/or processes of medium to high complexity.
- May be involved in coordinating activities, eventually of strategic nature that go beyond their own area.
- Coach colleagues, demonstrating excellence in their professional area.
- Identify cross-functional opportunities, contributing to the acceptance of change in the wider organization.
- Autonomy - operate autonomously and role models to others.
- Organizational impact - contribute to the achievement of financial results and secure cost and efficiency savings as well as help protect the bank's reputation.
- Actively initiate actions in changing the bank's processes and procedures that are beyond their own unit.
