Title: SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER EMBEDDED SOFTWARE Possible

Location: Nijmegen (NL)

Period: 12mnths

Start: Dec 2016

Key words: automotive, Embedded SW, scrum, PMP, semiconductor, multi-site, supplier management (nice to have: audio, security)

Manage a project to qualify a security product, related to this project there has to be developed SW (intern or outsourced). We are looking for a candidate who is senior enough who can work without onside teams (remote). We expect that there will be more projects (V2X Costumer focused)

seniority: > 10 years (Senior)

scope of work: Basic requirements:

* Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical Engineering or related

* Relevant experience in managing automotive software projects as per the defined lifecycle of the company

* Experience in managing multiple projects in parallel, with senior technical team members

* Effective communication and leadership skills

* Team player mentality and strong cultural awareness

* Proven skills in working in multisite and cross cultural set-ups

* Quantitative (metrics based) project management and tracking experience

* Result-oriented attitude

* Organizational sensitivity

* Project management certifications (eg PMI, PMP, Prince2, IPMA) is advantageous

* Semiconductor HW development know how

* Scrum experience is advantageous

* Proficient in English
