POSITION DESCRIPTION

PROJECT MANAGER FULFILLING THE ROLE OF A IT ASSIGNMENT LEAD

Tasks & responsibilities
- Follow up of IT application initiatives according to clients IT methodology in the role of IT assignment lead

This will imply
- Initiative projects in collaboration with clients Business and BRMs
- Assist in establishing business case and business requirement specification together with subject matter experts and IT supplier
- Follow up project execution by Third Party supplier (IBM and others) on behalf of client
- Special focus on clients Downstream and Industrial processes (E-business, ERP, Supply Chain )

Personal skills
- Project management experiences and skills (PMP methodology)
- Sound background in Downstream processes
- SAP experiences
- Being able to manage a set of projects of different types and different process areas

Skills:
- Degree in IT or business administration
- Experiences: Project Management: Preferable PMP or ITIL certified
- IT Background: Min 3 years of experiences in IT projects
- Microsoft Office 2007 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint): Required
- Sharepoint 2007: Required
- SAP: Experiences in SAP or SAP projects
- Other: Downstream Business process competence
