IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Development and expansion of the global VoIP environment
-Management of telephone systems migration projects into VoIP
-Creation of project plans
-Documentation of the project status and follow-through of the work packages of the Technical Groups
-Quality assurance of the customer offered technical concepts
-Planning, monitoring and implementation of technical functional test in the context of migrations
-Execution of meetings with the client, of the sales and technical teams
-Implementation of the risk management, management of project escalations and coordination of acceptances
-Leading a team (internal Technical Groups) and interface with external service providers
-Resource planning and project reporting (German and English)
-Review of technical requirements and technical solution documents

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Project experience in an international environment
-Extensive knowledge in the Cisco environment (Cisco CallManager, Cisco Unified Communications)
-Extensive knowledge of 3rd party VoIP applications and telecommunications and videoconferencing software
-Understanding of the IT side of the telephony
-Technical background in VoIP environment
-Fluent knowledge of English, French & German
