Projektbeschreibung
1-2 years of project management experience, Bachelor's degree preferred. Knowledge/background in software industry products/services/applications. Must possess strong cross team/group/org collaboration skills; ability to foresee and analyse project risks, develop risk management plan and mitigate subsequent issues. The ideal candidate will have high-powered analytical skills and the ability to understand concepts and situations that pass by many others. Must have excellent communication skills, experience working with external vendors, strong project management skills, and demonstrated success in adult learning and training principles/skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
Essential Requirement
1. Fluent German
2. A third level degree is essential
3. Ideally 4/5 years account management expertise
4. Has partnered at senior levels in the German retail to design and implement customer specific joint value programs
5. Proven track record as supply chain planning & design expert (multi projects, end to end supply chain impact incl. customer, suppliers, vendors etc.)
6. Has partnered across the supply chain and cross-functional teams to drive end to end supply chain cost reduction and savings realisation
7. Extensive project management experience
Motivated self starter who is capable of proactively managing key accounts and identifying and implementing improvement initiatives with customers, to drive our customer experience to best in class. Also key to the role is the ability to manage strategic projects to successful implementation. This position will afford you the opportunity to work across all functions in the regional supply chain.
