Tangent are currently looking for a Project Manager with a strong background in high quality fit outs.
This is a 3 month contract, working based in London for a large infrastructure organisation.
Project Manager required to work initially on tenders for programme, logistics and design review. Then work on presentation and attend interview to secure the project. If successful deliver the Project Manager will then deliver the project.
A track record is essential in delivering high quality fit outs in an occupied building. Proven track record in high quality fit out required. Likely to be the person running the project with a visiting Contracts Manager. Project value in the range of £500k to £1.5m typically with a duration of 10-15 weeks.
CSCS, SMSTS, 1ST Aid, Asbestos Awareness and Lifting Supervisor qualifications a minimum.
Rates around £300 per day
