Project Manager Financial Management and Regulatory (Basel III)

THE CLIENT:- A large scale consultancy (FTSE 500) is looking for Project Manager - Financial Management and Regulatory  to work on varies project in Luxembourg.

RESPONSIBILITY:

- End-to-end accountability and responsibility for the management of projects including Functional Specification
-  Manage delivery within scope, quality, time and budget 
- Sharing best practices and project learning 
- Defines and establishes appropriate governance structures and processes to drive and manage the projects. 
- Ensure ongoing commitment of all stakeholders 
- Establish, perform and control the processes to plan, track and correct the activities, quality, timelines, critical paths, risks, issues and resources necessary 
-  Identify and manage risks and issues within the projects and escalate appropriately 
-  Ensure successful transition to production/steady-state environment

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Strong experienced in Project Management in financial management and setting  up regulatory declarative (eg Basel II or Basel III)

MUST BE FLUENT FRENCH (VERBAL AND WRITTEN)

Knowledge and experience in Back Office in a private bank, operations market securities and cash

Knowledge of the Report Generator tool ( Summix - Wolters Kluwer)

Knowledge in SQL, Cobol and Java
