Project Manager (Fatca)

We are recruiting a Project Manager for one of our banking and investment clients in Zurich to support the WM (Wealth Management) Reporting Stream Leader (responsible for 23 WM locations across APAC, Americas and EMEA) in managing and leading (functional- and SME-wise) the Business Division's (BD) local Project Managers (PMs) to implement locally the mandatory FATCA (Foreign Account Tax Compliant Act) Reporting requirements.

This includes, but is not limited to:

- Analyse, establish and implement multilevel processes
- Support the BD stream leader in leading and guiding 23 local project managers in implementing FATCA, including control framework, processes, controls, validation- and sign-off process, readiness checks, etc.
- Deal and solve complex issues and risks across the whole bank related with FATCA
- Manage effectively interdependencies in a highly complex environment
- Work together with different areas such as Group Tax, Business, Operations, IT, etc. across the whole firm
- Establishing weekly, monthly and ad-hoc status reports
- Effectively support the BD stream leader and assume full ownership of assigned project tasks

Requirements:

- English, German and possibly Italian
- FATCA and/or QI knowledge
- Banking and Finance experience
- Understand the internal complex multiple Matrix program set-up
- Being able to handle intercultural factors
- Broad PM experience
- Analytical skills
- Finance industry/finance products knowledge
