Project Manager with Faster Payments and Regulatory PM experience for our leading banking client in Cardiff. Paying up to £400pd

Our client is looking for a strong financial Project Manager with experience in Faster Payments collections and regulatory experience ie SOX.

Role
*Build strong relationships and work closely with Stakeholders, Business users, Project team and Suppliers to set realistic project expectations and then deliver on them. Managing issues, changes and reporting progress to all.
*Scope, define and agree business requirements.
*Identify, assess and manage risk to the success of the project.
*Provide recommendations for system architecture, package selection, or system development based on project requirements.
*To liaise and communicate with IT suppliers
*Support the IT Test Manager
*Ensure project controls and governance procedures defined

Essential
*Sound financial services background
*Knowledge of UK compliance and governance
*Proven PM track record covering the full life cycle.
*Detailed knowledge of project phases, best practices as well as common issues and approaches to resolving them.
*Strong risk and issue based planning.
