Interim Project Manager- Facilities

Sand Resources has an exceptional opportunity for a project manager to provide effective and efficient interim Project Management service and facilities support. The project manager will be responsible for delivering a range of specific business projects to in order to achieve a set financial plan.

Interim Project Manager- Facilities
Essential Criteria:

*Good standard of education to at least HNC level or equivalent.
*Demonstrable successful project management experience in.
*Facilities Management/Planned Maintenance environment, of an industrial site.
*Project Management.
*SC cleared.

Desirable:

*IOSH.
*BIFM.
*Membership of a professional body.
*A working knowledge of Facilities Management software packages (AIMS and FM Works would be a distinct advantage).

Interim Project Manager- Facilities
Key responsibility:

*Deliver a range of specific projects, from business case through implementation to post project evaluation. Manage works to ensure that projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, to the required specifications/quality and in full compliance with relevant legislation. Ensure that key stakeholders are involved, kept informed and any deviations from their requirements are agreed before being implemented. Projects include (but are not limited to):
oReplacement of the Legacy site heating system,
oRemoval of copper from closed buildings,
oRelocation of machinery between sites,
oHV switchgear oil replacement,
*Manage the transition from the current 'in-house' facilities provision to a fully outsourced solution and ensure that required structure and processes are in place to deliver the ongoing efficient and compliant administration of the outsourced facilities provision contract. Assess the current performance of reactive maintenance services and drive improvement.
*Design and implement a robust 'Control of Contractors' process to ensure that ECBU & Stafford fulfil all statutory, MOD and DSG Policy requirements.
*Working with the Site Security Officers, carry out a security 'gap analysis' of the current provision compared to all applicable MOD and DSG security policies. Implement remedial actions to ensure full compliance.
*Carry out a assurance gap analysis on Statutory & Mandatory Facilities Compliance, including but not limited to CDM, Legionella and Asbestos. Support business risk planning & management.
